Due to changes from the pandemic, the Alberta schools are unable to attend this year, so we have renamed the meet to the Battle of BC. We are inviting any high/middle school students in BC to register to participate, representing their school. This meet is an “ice-breaker” for many athletes because they have not been able to compete much over the past few years. Club athletes who are in high school are welcome to participate, but they must represent their school in their events.

Because the meet is sanctioned by BC Athletics, results for athletes who are members of BC Athletics will be forwarded to Athletics Canada for ranking purposes. In order for this to occur, they must register using their BC Athletics membership number but use their school name rather than their club name.

To keep costs low for school athletes, the entry fee will be $20/athlete for a maximum of 3 events and 2 relays. Schools registering their athletes will be charged a maximum of $400, providing all athletes are registered by 1 coach/adult.
