The Kamloops Track and Field Club (KTFC) is seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. This position would work well for someone who is looking for flexible and/or supplemental hours and who is available on weekends, such as a student or retiree.

This position involves working alongside our Officials’ Coordinator and Meet Directors to create schedules and assign positions to volunteers for track meets that the Club hosts throughout the year. We rely heavily on the assistance of parent volunteers; however, outside assistance is occasionally needed. You will be responsible for volunteer recruitment, communication, and required to be on-site at track meets managing and directing the volunteers.

Additionally, you will work with our Club President to organize volunteers to support our annual manure sale fundraiser, smaller fundraisers, and other club activities.
