The 2023 Battle of the Border takes place on April 29 at Hillside Stadium in Kamloops. It is a 1-day meet for high school athletes (grades 8-12) in British Columbia and Alberta. Athletes can be members of Athletics Canada and have their results recognized by AC for national rankings if they are current competitive members of their Athletics Canada affiliated organization.

For non-competitive members or school athletes, an additional $3/athlete will be assessed for ‘Day of Event’ insurance through BC Athletics, provided the athletes are going to school and in grades 8-12.
